I am a massage therapist; a volunteer for Hospice Austin; a doctor of physical therapy; and am currently acquiring a health coaching certification at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. 
 

I found my way to health coaching by way of my own challenges. Now, my passion is guiding others in their own transformation to live a balanced, more fulfilling life. 

 

I live, work, volunteer, and play in Austin, TX with my wife and daughter.
