Exploring motion at each joint and assessing any restrictions or pain can give you clues to physical issues,

but sometimes there are other factors at play.

You will explore the mind/body connection in order to help you stay active and stop the mini-injury cycle.


Mindful Motion means to move your body with intention and with a new awareness of your surroundings.
Using a MINDFUL MOTION WELLNESS PROGRAM approach with your specific goals in mind, you will safely regain the strength and stability you need to continue with your preferred sport or desired activity level.
