MINDFUL MOTION


 

Working in the physical therapy industry, I have had many patients who sought care for little injuries such as these. I also saw how they could be avoided. Although a lot of people’s physical pain can be purely physical, sometimes there are other factors at play. I like to explore the mind/body connection in order to help people stay active and stop the mini-injury cycle.


What we offer is an in-home wellness program called MINDFUL MOTION WELLNESS PROGRAM that works with your specific goals.

MINDFUL MOTION WELLNESS Session 1:
Discuss medical history.
Listen to your needs and what you would like to accomplish in our sessions.
Set realistic goals based on your medical history and any limitations you may have currently.

My first rule is your safety.


Working organically, we will assess your capabilities and create a Mindful Motion Wellness Program specifically for you. Once we have decided on your exercises, I will then provide you illustrated sheets with detailed instructions next to photos of you completing each movement. Or, if you prefer, we may record your exercises on your phone so you have a video of each exercise.  
 

This is an out-of-pocket expense and an important investment you are making in your own wellness. With a strong commitment, our time together can increase your strength and stability and help you minimize your future healthcare costs and thrive physically for years to come.
